Electronic Arts has confirmed to attend E3 2017 and "Star Wars: Battlefront 2" PlayStation VR content would likely be showcased at EA's floor come June 13-15. The sequel is also said to be three times bigger than the first title.
A set of evidence has already pointed at the idea of a PlayStation VR content for "Star Wars: Battlefront 2". It can be recalled that the original game had a VR X-Wing mission content that was released on PS4 for the original game.
A number of fans located in Europe have posted on NeoGaf forum that they have seen a "Star Wars: Battlefront 2" artwork indicating "Compatible with VR" badge from PlayStation newsletter.
Back in April, CTO of VR mission development team Criterion Alex Mole tweeted that the company is working on "something awesome" for "Star Wars: Battlefront 2". His tweet reads:
Electronic Arts has already confirmed its upcoming presence at the prestigious Electronic entertainment expo this June. It is expected that "Star Wars: Battlefront 2" PlayStation VR content will be teased at the event.
In more news, the second installment to the Battlefront series will be bigger than the first title. Its content will be three times the size, EA's CEO Andrew Wilson reported during the publisher's most recent financial earnings call.
The announcement trailer for "Star Wars: Battlefront 2" has made remarkable records on YouTube and social media when it debuted at Star Wars Celebration in April. According to Wilson, more details about the game will be revealed soon.
