The Builder Base Update for "Clash of Clans" has apparently disappointed many of its fans with its three-match loot limit. However, Supercell has confirmed that it is "here to stay."
Fresh from release, the Builder Base Update has drawn complaints from fans about its three-match loot limit. But it looks like they can complain all they want but in a latest reddit AMA, a Supercell staff confirmed that the developer has no plans to take it down.
"The loot cap is here to stay. Balancing the Builder Base economy was a big and complex challenge. The team tried many different options before deciding on the current loot limit system, and we feel confident it's the right choice," the staff explained.
The representative added to say that the getting some strong reactions from fans is no surprise to the development team. He said that Supercell only aims to keep some balance in order to see the new mode work as planned and let players to try out different match types.
Players can actually reset the loot limit when they pay a small cache of gems. But for others, they say this is Supercell's way to push microtransactions and earn more money, although, the representative of the company denies this claim.
On a lighter note, things could get more exciting for seasoned players "Clash of Clans". Supercell may have hinted at what the upcoming updates will bring in the near future.
New images discovered at official App Store offered a look at the next troops and defense levels in "Clash of Clans". The photo showed some roaster, a new defense right the center of the Builder Hall that sends out a heavy flow of scorching plasma, new troops and a lot more.
Meanwhile, fans can continue to enjoy the "Clash of Clans" Builder Base Update that has introduced tons of new features, abilities, troops, and the new Battle Mode. Also, at Builder Hall 5, they can unlock new hero, Master Builder, who is equipped with his Battle Machine to topple enemies.
