New updates for "Injustice 2" will feature possible DLC characters, increased Mother Box prices and gameplay tweaks.
It seems new clues on the DLC characters for "Injustice 2" have been revealed as gamers who have seen Red Hood in the character selection screen will notice eight character silhouettes.
Three of them can be easily identified as "Mortal Kombat's" Raiden, Black Manta and the Atom, while the remaining six slots are still hard to identify. The first batch of "Injustice 2's" DLC characters include Red Hood, Starfire and "MK" fan-favorite Sub-Zero.
Several gaming fans theorized that the remaining fighters could be Azrael, the Enchantress, Watchmen member Rorschach, John Constantine and Spawn, ComicBook reported.
In other news, its seems that new information for the upcoming "Injustice 2" patch 1.04 have been revealed and said DLC patch will include Red Hood in the roster along with other in-game perks.
According to the Warner Bros. community website, "Injustice 2's" patch update 1.04 will increase the price of Bronze and Silver Mother Boxes. Bronze Mother Boxes now cost 5000 credits and Silver Mother Boxes, 10000 credits. NetherRealm Studios might have increased the prices to remove an indirect exploit to the Mother Box purchase system.
Buying many Bronze Mother Boxes will allow players to earn back half their credits once they open them all. Due to the cost-efficiency of this tactic, some clever players used Bronze Mother Boxes to hunt for Epic gears. Normally, Epic gears are easily obtained from Gold, Platinum, and Diamond boxes. Mother Boxes are also rewards for Multiverse quests and missions.
The patch will also have in-game tweaks for "Injustice 2" in terms of system issues and gameplay mechanics. Multiverse and Player Ghost A.I. are improved and will now use special power-ups, if available in Multiverse fights. Potentially, players will not be able to exploit the A.I. by just using a generic jump-in or cross-up attack to start their combos.
The patch notes also confirms character move bug fixes for Black Adam, Bane, Brainiac, Cyborg, Darkseid, Deadshot, Flash, Poison Ivy, Scarecrow, and Wonder Woman. However, the changes in this build affect the character’s competitive mode version.
"Injustice 2" is currently available for the PS4 and Xbox One consoles.
