The Apple iPhone SE is expected to be showcased to the world on March 21. However, its leaked photos and video have surfaced before its launch.

Merely one week from now, Apple will be unleashing the 4-inch iPhone SE through a launch event on March 21. A Chinese source, Beeep.co, has revealed the iPhone SE photos and video before its official announcement, International Business Times reported.

According to the YouTube video released by the source, the smartphone has been spotted at Huaqianbei Shenzhen, China. The location is also known as "Silicon Valley of Hardware." The host of the video is seen approaching a vendor to show her the iPhone SE in real.

The host has described the iPhone SE as "mixed blood of the iPhone 5S and iPhone 6S." She is also seen comparing the alleged iPhone SE with iPhone 5S and iPhone 6S. The upcoming 4-inch iPhone seems to sport rounded corners and protruding camera. The iPhone SE is also expected to sport a thicker design.

Leaked photos of the iPhone SE and its case has also suggested that the smartphone's appearance will be similar to iPhone 5S and 6S. According to the rumors, the iPhone SE will be released in two storage editions such as 16 GB and 64 GB.

It will be fueled by Apple A9 SoC and 1 GB of RAM, Phone Arena reported. It is speculated to house a 12 MP camera with support for Live Photos. Other attractive features of the iPhone SE include Touch ID fingerprint sensor and NFC.

Like the iPhone 6S, the iPhone SE is likely to come in colors such as Space Gray, Silver, Gold and Rose Gold. It is expected to be available within a price range of $400 and $500.

The iPhone SE is expected to release alongside a new Apple tablet that is dubbed as 9.7-inch iPad Pro. The small-sized iPad Pro will be coming with specs like Apple A9X chipset, 4 GB of RAM, LED flash for rear camera and quad speakers.

Samsung is speculated to be working on a smaller edition of its recently released flagship smartphone, Galaxy S7. The rumor mill has dubbed it as Galaxy S7 Mini. It is expected to come with specs like 4.6-inch HD screen, a Snapdragon 820 or Exynos 8890 chipset and 12 MP camera.
