(Photo : Bethesda) Fallout 4: Automatron first trailer is all about killing robots and creating robots to kill other robots. This is definitely Pokemon meets the wasteland.

When it comes down to DLC releases, it is easy to forget about them, especially when they come months after the release of the main game. However, that doesn't hold true for some games, and Fallout 4 is one of those games.

Folk know too well how much Fallout DLCs can turn out to be a great experience. The DLC that came after Fallout 3 is considered by many as a better experience when compared to the full game, so we are expecting big things from this one for Fallout 4.

The DLC is called Fallout 4: Automatron, and Bethesda recently released a YouTube trailer showing off what fans should expect. The story seems to be about robots, and in all honesty, the trailer did not grab our attention that much. The full experience will likely be a blast, but the little we have seen doesn't bode well.

The again, this story is not meant to be a big one, but we're still hoping for something out of this world.

Probably the most intriguing aspect of this game, is the ability to build your own robot companion and unleash them on enemies. Think of it as Pokémon in the wasteland, but much cooler. Furthermore, there's a $5 pet DLC on the way, so yes, Pokémon is indeed coming to the wasteland in more ways than one.

Here's the full description of the story, according to the trailer's YouTube page:

"The mysterious Mechanist has unleashed a horde of evil robots into the Commonwealth, including the devious Robobrain. Hunt them down and harvest their parts to build and mod your own custom robot companions. Choose from hundreds of mods; mixing limbs, armor, abilities, and weapons like the all-new lightning chain gun. Even customize their paint schemes and choose their voices!"

For those who might be wondering, this DLC will be sold for $10. However, we should point out that there's a $25 DLC coming down the line according to Forbes, and we are expecting it to be a much grander experience than this one. The story should be better, and there should at least be better characters for fans to talk about for years to come.
