In India, the LG G5 is going to be the best phone to be released later in 2016. LG has built this phone implementing the needs of its customers. It has considered the needs of the current G4 users, other voters, early adopters and users who look forward to the upcoming big thing.
The LG G5 is South Korean company's first modular smartphone made of a fully metal design. The company is also going to endorse its own first official LG G5 Quick Cover Case. The G5 is not close to its previous models in its look and feel, as it has a whole new set of features, even when compared to other phones to be launched this year.
Its display is 5.3inches, has smooth corners, matte finish, no antenna band and is fresh, ultra-fine and of top-quality. It has a seamless back, except at the bottom, where the modular unit is connected.
The phone is lighter and smaller than its previous models, as it weighs 159g and measures 149.4 x 73.9 x 7.7mm. It has a removable battery of 2800mah and an SD card slot at the modular component, 4GB RAM and storage capacity of 32GB. It can be expanded via SD card of up to 2TB. The modular unit at the bottom allows users to attach accessories like LG Cam Plus and hardware controls to the G5's camera, or a Bang & Olufsen DAC, which gives premium music quality.
G5's another interesting feature is its two cameras at the back. One camera's lens is 78deg and the other is 135deg wider, which till now is the widest among all smartphones. This provides a 15deg wider view that is more than the field of view of the human eye. Since the modular component is open to third party developers, it paves way for more innovation in the future.
