A teaser video of the HTC 10 flagship smartphone has surfaced before the official release date of April 12.
HTC is going to announce the HTC 10 flagship smartphone of 2016 on April 12. The official promo video of the smartphone has been leaked and it shows the smartphone in all its glory. It reveals the stunning metal design with chamfered edges on its rear, Phone Arena reported.
The HTC 10 has a physical home button on its front side that includes a fingerprint scanner. On its right side, there is a rigged button for power/phone lock and a volume controller. The bottom side houses a USB Type-C slot that can be used for high speed data transfer and charging. On the right side of the USB Type-C port is a microphone hole whereas on its left is the speaker grille.
As far as specifications of HTC 10 are concerned, it will be arriving with a 5.1-inch Super LCD 5 display that will carry support for Quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. It will be powered by Snapdragon 820 chipset that will consist of a quad-core processor as well as Adreno 530 graphics. It will be supported by 4 GB of RAM. It is expected to come with an internal storage of 32 GB.
The HTC 10 is expected to deliver topnotch camera performance through its 12.3 MP UltraPixel sensor. It will come with features like Optical Image Stabilization and 4K resolution video shooting. On the front, it will be coming with a 5 MP UltraPixel camera.
It will be coming with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow that will be overlaid with HTC Sense 8.0 UI that will carry a new feature called Free Style. It will allow users to put app icons and widgets anywhere on the home screen and accordingly customize their appearance, Android Headlines reported.
It will be packed with a 3000 mAh battery. The HTC 10 is expected to be available in color choices such as black, white, gold an silver. The Taiwanese tech giant will be holding the launch event for HTC 10 in London, New York and Taipei. HTC fans will be able to view the livestream of the event on HTC's website.
