The BLU Pure XR smartphone has been launched for the price of $299.99 (approximately Rs. 20,118).
According to GSM Arena, the Pure XR is now on sale on Amazon and Best Buy. It has a 5.5-inch AMOLED full high-definition display with a 1080p resolution and a 2.5D curved Gorilla Glass 3. It features an Apple-like 3D Touch functionality.
The Pure XR is powered by an octa-core MediaTek's Helio P10 chipset clocked at a speed of 2 GHz. The device, which comes with a full metal body, looks the same as Gionee S8.
The Pure XR runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with Cortex-A53 CPU and Mali-T860 GPU. It comes with a 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 64 GB via a microSD card.
The Pure XR features a 16-megapixel camera at the back with phase detection, laser autofocus, and LED flash. It also features an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. It sports a fingerprint scanner on the front and LTE Cat. 6 support.
The Pure XR is packed with a 3000 mAh battery. Its charger is a 9V/2A unit (so 18W) and supports quick charging to up to 50 percent from 0 in just 30 minutes. The device is available in gray and gold.
American mobile manufacturing company BLU claims that the Pure XR can be used on AT&T, MetroPCS, and T-Mobile, Phone Radar reported. It recently launched the BLU Energy XL with the price of $332.56 on Amazon (US).
