The Lenovo Z2 Plus smartphone is expected to be launched in India as the Lenovo Zuk Z2 smartphone soon.
Lenovo has confirmed that the Lenovo Z2 Plus would hit the market in India soon, GSM Arena. However, it is unclear the exact date or month that it would be launched.
According to NDTV, the Lenovo Zuk Z2 was launched in China in May with the price tag of 1799 yuan (approximately Rs. 18,400/$ 274). It has a 2.5D 5-inch full high-definition display with anti-oil and anti-fingerprint protection, a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, and a pixel density of 414ppi.
The Lenovo Z2 Plus is powered by a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset clocked at a speed of 2.15 GHz. It runs on the Android Marshmallow operating system with the ZUI 2.0 skin.
The Lenovo Z2 Plus comes with a 4 GB of LPPDR4 RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. It has no microSD card slot. The device is packed with a 3500 mAh non-removable battery. It supports dual SIM (GSM and GSM) that can support two nano-SIMs.
The Lenovo Z2 Plus features a 13-megapixel camera at the back and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. Its connectivity options include 141.65 x 68.88 x 8.45 mm and it weighs 149 grams. The device is available in white and black color.
The sensors of the Lenovo Z2 Plus include a proximity sensor, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, magnetometer/compass, and gyroscope. The device's connectivity options are GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, 3G, 4G, and USB OTG. The upcoming smartphone supports Indian LTE bands (Band 40).
