Taiwanese tech giant ASUS has introduced its latest laptop - the ZenBook Flip UX360CA - in India.
ASUS' new series laptop in its ZenBook series, which sports a 360-degree hinge, would be available at ASUS stores as well as leading retail outlets across India. It is priced at Rs 46,990 (approx $708).
The ASUS ZenBook Flip UX360CA, featuring a 13.3-inch touch IPS display with 3200x1800 pixel resolution, comes with Intel's 6th-generation Core M processors. The 13.9mm thick device comes with two USB 3.0 Type-A ports and a reversible USB 3.1 Type-C port. It also has 512GB solid-state disk and 8GB RAM. The latest ZenBook Flip comes with enough battery power to keep it on for up to 12 hours.
The advanced ZenBook series laptop, which is available in mineral gray and Icicle gold colors, is fitted with exclusive Asus Tru2Life technology that automatically optimizes the sharpness and contrast of every pixel in every video frame so that videos look clearer, more detailed, and more realistic.
"A wide color gamut of 72% NTSC and exclusive Asus Splendid technology ensure outstanding color reproduction, a boon for applications like movie viewing and color-critical graphics work," ASUS said in a press release.
The Taiwan-based technology multinational company recently launched the ZenBook 3 and Transformer 3 Pro in India.
ASUS, which entered into the Indian market in 2014, aims to secure a seven percent share of the Indian smartphone market by 2018. It is also planning to set up a manufacturing facility in India.
