The Sharp Aquos XX3 Mini smartphone has been announced by the Japanese multinational corporation.

According to Phone Radar, the Sharp Aquos XX3 Mini will not be available until February next year. The company has not revealed details of how much the device would be priced. However, it will come with a polycarbonate back design and a metal unibody.

The Sharp Aquos Xx3 Mini looks similar to the Sony Xperia X Compact, Digital Trends reported. Unfortunately, it will only be available in Japan. It will come in black, blue, pink, white, and green color.

The Sharp Aquos XX3 Mini has a 4.7-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a pixel density of 469ppi. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 chipset clocked at a speed of 1.5 GHz, coupled with Adreno 405 GPU.

The Sharp Aquos XX3 Mini comes with 3 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory which could be expanded using a microSD card. The smartphone will run on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system out of the box. It will come with a 2400 mAh battery.

The Sharp Aquos XX3 Mini features a 21-megapixel camera at the back with f/1.9 aperture, phase detection autofocus, high-definition resolution, face detection, panorama, and LED flash. It is capable of taking full high-definition 1080p videos at 30 frames per second. It also has an 8-megapixel front camera with LED flash for high-quality video calling.

The Sharp Aquos xx3 Mini measures 135 x 67 x 8.6 mm with the weight of 135 grams. It also has sensors such as an accelerometer, ambient light, proximity, and magnetometer. Other connectivity options include 4G FDD-LTE, 3G, GLONASS, WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth v4.2, micro USB 2.0, and 3.5mm audio jack.
