The Xolo Era 2 smartphone is set to go on sale starting Oct. 27 exclusively via Snapdeal.
According to Phone Radar, pre-registration for the Xolo Era 2 would start from Oct. 20 to Oct. 26. The smartphone will go on flash sale at 10 a.m. on Oct. 27.
The Xolo Era 2 has a 5-inch high-definition display and runs on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system out of the box. It is powered by a quad-core chipset clocked at a speed of 1.3 GHz. It comes with 1GB DDR3 RAM and 8 GB of internal memory which can be further expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card.
The Xolo Era 2 features a 5-megapixel camera at the back with f/2.0 aperture, LED flash, 4P Largan Lens, and Big Pixel technology (1.4 Micron Pixel) to make images look sharp and vivid, even in low light conditions. It also comes with a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with flash for better selfies and video chatting. It is packed with a 2350 mAh removable battery.
The Xolo Era 2 also supports 4G VoLTE connectivity with Jio 4G Preview offer of unlimited 4G data featuring unlimited data and voice calling, BGR reported. Other connectivity options offered include dual-SIM support, 4G LTE support, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi.
The Xolo Era 2 is preloaded with a couple of features such as Smart Camera for Live Photos, Beauty Mode, Burst Mode, Time-Lapse, and Slow-Motion as well as a Quick Camera feature.
The Xolo Era 2 also sports features such as Audio Note, Assistant Cast Screen, Smart Screenshot, Smart Awake, LED flash for calls, and flip to mute option for alarms and calls. It will be available in black, nile blue, and pyramid gold color.
