The Panasonic Eluga Mark 2 smartphone has been unveiled in India.
The Panasonic Eluga Mark 2 is the successor to the Eluga Mark, which was launched last year. It comes with an aluminum built metal body and a slight curve on the rear. It has a 5.5-inch high-definition IPS screen display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.

The Panasonic Eluga Mark 2 is protected with 2.5D curved Asahi Dragon Trail glass laid on the front to give it a tough look and make it scratch resistant. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6753 chipset clocked at a speed of 1.3 GHz.
The Panasonic Eluga Mark 2 runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with a customized user interface. It comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in memory that can be further extended up to a maximum of 128GB via a microSD card slot.
The Panasonic Eluga Mark 2 is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) dual standby supported smartphone that accepts micro-SIM and nano-SIM and offers 4G VoLTE connectivity for using with Jio 4G SIM. Other connectivity options include USB OTG (on-the-go), FM radio, GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, infrared, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India).
The Panasonic Eluga Mark 2 is equipped with a circular fingerprint scanner on the rear. It packs a 3000 mAh non-removable battery with fast charging support and measures 151 x 76 x 7.7 mm in dimension.
The Panasonic Eluga Mark 2 features a 13-megapixel camera at the back with an aperture of f/2.2, 5P lens, and autofocus. It also comes with a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with an aperture of f/2.4 and 88-degree wide angle lens for selfies.
