The Swipe Elite Star smartphone has been introduced in India.

The Swipe Elite Star is the latest smartphone from the Indian smartphone manufacturer Swipe in the Elite series. It supports English and 12 regional languages. It comes with a one year warranty for the smartphone and six months for accessories from the date of purchase.

The Swipe Elite Star has a 4.0-inch WVGA display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and a pixel density of 233 ppi. Under the hood, it is powered by an unspecified quad-core chipset clocked at a speed of 1.5 GHz. It runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system out of the box with pre-installed apps.

The Swipe Elite Star comes with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of built-in memory that can be extended up to a maximum of 32GB via provided microSD card slot. It features a 5-megapixel camera at the back with LED flash and a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. The rear camera can record videos in 720p at 30 frames per second.

The Swipe Elite Star is packed with a 2000 mAh capacity battery that will give enough power for more than a day of normal usage. It measures 125.5 x 64.6 x 10.6 mm in dimension with an unknown weight. It is equipped with a power button and the volume rocker on the right edge as well as microUSB port and 3.5mm audio jack on the top side.

The Swipe Elite Star has dual SIM standby support and offers 4G VoLTE connectivity. It supports the Jio Welcome offer and Indus Reader (TTR service). Other basic connectivity options include 4G, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and microUSB 2.0 port.
