German carmaker Porsche has unveiled the newest addition to the company's GTS line of cars: the 2017 Porsche 911 GTS series.
The new series will include five different GTS models. These are the rear-wheel drive Porsche 911 Carrera GTS Coupe and the Cabriolet, the all-wheel drive Carrera 4 GTS Coupe and Cabriolet, and the 911 Targa 4 GTS which packs a glass roof.

The new Porsche 911 GTS packs a new turbocharged 3.0-liter flat six engine capable of putting out up to 450-horsepower, which is 20 horsepower more compared to the engine of the previous model. All models are available in either a seven-speed manual transmission or equipped with Porsche's seven-speed PDK dual-clutch system, according to CNet.
The new 911 GTS models sport a 20-inch black wheels set, a feature that makes it distinguishable from previous models. The new series also sport slightly tinted taillights, a handful of new badges, and a new trim between situated between the taillights. Moreover, the new 911 GTS series are wider compared to previous all-wheel drive models.
The new Porsche 911 GTS series sports a new and somewhat unique front bumper design, along with a modified rear spoiler.
The new 9211 GTS series also packs standard Porsche features like the PASM suspension, sports exhaust, sports seats, and the Sport Chrono package.
On top of all the models is the four-wheel drive 911 Carrera 4 GTS which Porsche claims can accelerate from zero to 100km/h in just 3.6 seconds. The lighter rear-wheel drive 911 Carrera GTS has the highest top speed of the bunch at 312km/h, according to Drive.
On the interior, the seats are now stitched with a new GTS logo on the headrests. While the steering wheel rim, the armrests, and center console are all trimmed in Alcantara.
The 2017 Porsche 911 GTS series will hit the market in March. Porsche is yet to reveal the pricing of the new series.
