Nintendo's 'Super Mario Run' will soon be available on Android.
The long wait is over! Super Mario Run is finally coming to Android on March, Nintendo announced via Twitter on Thursday after a long period of iOS exclusivity.
However, the exact date has not been revealed yet, but if players want to be the first in line, they can preregister on Google's Play Store (Click here) so they could be notified as soon as the Super Mario Run hits the platform.

According to the Wired, the game is free to download with limited features offered. To unlock its "unlimited access," users are asked to pay a one-time fee of 7.99 pounds (around $10).
The Geek noted that Super Mario Run's $10 price tag drew many criticisms from users, considering that most of the expensive games usually only top at $5. But since it does not contain tons of in-app microtransactions, the cost seemed fair enough.
However, such one-time payment scheme could be the reason why its revenues are dropping fast. Nintendo has no other way to earn money after people buy the "unlimited access" offer, the Venture Beat noted.
Super Mario Run has also been recently slashed out from the top 50 grossing iOS apps in the US, Venture Beat reported citing a report from mobile app store market intelligence group Sensor Tower. It can be recalled that the game soared to the top after its release on Dec. 15 for the iOS platform. In fact, it even recorded up to 40 million downloads in just four days.
Nintendo is fretting as it continues to shift to the mobile gaming world. The company initially started with the social app Miitomo in 2015, followed by its first full-fledged Super Mario Run game for iOS.
Nintendo is slated to release two new titles this year - Fire Emblem: Heroes (Feb. 2) and Animal Crossing (no date yet). The new games are still free to download, but this time, it comes with in-app purchases.
