Well-known hackers Luca Todesco and Marco Grassi have posted the source code for the iOS 10.2 jailbreak on Github, making it available for download although it is currently described as incomplete.
Although Todesco had discussed the expansion of Yalu's capabilities to support 64-bit devices which are running iOS 10.2, he eventually dropped that idea by saying that iOS 10.2 will not be his focus. Todesco's Yalu implementation for iOS 10.2 is now hosted on GitHub and is available for download by just about everyone although it is incomplete.

Apparently, the meaning of the word "incomplete" is that the jailbreak is not a fully functional for devices that are running iOS 10.2.
Todesco, and others who assisted with the jailbreak have taken the work either as far as they possibly can or as they want to, and have released the source code to the general public. Note that the source code is highly unstable, and can apparently cause unexpected issues during regular usage.
It is suggested that jailbreak fans out there with 64-bit devices that are running iOS 10.2.1 should take the chance to downgrade their devices to iOS 10.2 from iOS 10.2.1 as Apple continues signing the firmware. With that said, Apple is reportedly currently testing iOS 10.3 and 10.2.1, so the Mac-maker could close the iOS 10.2 signing window quicker than expected.
The Yalu Jailbreak works on the iPhone SE, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, and the 12.9-inch and 9.7-inch iPad Pro running on the iOS 10.2. The jailbreak is not compatible with the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. Support for other missing 64-bit iOS devices is expected to be added to the jailbreak in the near future.
