As per reports, the Microsoft Surface Pro 5 may appear at the upcoming trade show. Although its brand company has not shared a word about it, the speculation is high because of highly believed evidence. WCCFTech reported that the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is currently on discount. For the information of everyone, this implies that discounts on predecessors usually indicate an arrival of a new model.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 5 predecessor is said to be $200 cheaper. Moreover, Microsoft is offering two Pro 4 models which are the Core i5 processor and the Intel Core m3 chip variant. The Surface Pro 4 Core m3 model seems to be just $699 now from its original price of $899. Meanwhile, the Intel Core i5 variant is now down to $999 from its original price of $1,199.
Other than from the discounted price tags of the predecessors, reports suggest that the Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is coming very soon due to an alleged photo leak of the said hybrid. The report further mentioned that the photo appeared on Microsoft's own website. It's an image of a Surface device but it is dubbed as "win10-feature-surface-pro-5-z." Many assume it is a typographical error, though.
It's still uncertain when exactly the Surface successor will come; however, many are looking forward to see it especially with the alleged specs and features. According to Express UK, the Microsoft Surface Pro 5 will have a screen upgrade and will get a 4K UltraHD resolution. This lets users watch videos and play games in greater detail.
