Kingdom Hearts 3 is an action-RPG developed by Square Enix for the PS4 and Xbox One consoles. It is considered the third title of the Kingdom Hearts game series.
The latest details for "Kingdom Hearts 3" will feature the possibility of Marvel worlds and characters, as well as Aqua's return to the sequel.
Several rumors are making rounds regarding the possibility of adding Marvel worlds and characters in "Kingdom Hearts 3" as Square Enix and Marvel had a business partnership in order to make several video game titles based on the Marvel heroes.

Both Marvel and Square Enix announced an Avenger themed game called "Avengers Project" and if they have their way they could atleast add hereos from the Marvel universe to "Kingdom Hearts 3" since Disney owns the rights of Marvel, iDigital Times reported
"Kingdom Hearts 3" co-director Tai Yasue first teased the possibility of Marvel and Star Wars characters and worlds in "Kingdom Hearts 3", but it will take awhile for Square Enix to acquire the rights from Disney.
Multiple sources speculated that the cancellation of "Disney Infinity" could be the window for Square Enix to gain the licensed rights of Marvel and Star Wars and be included in "Kingdom Hearts 3" development.
Perhaps the partnership of Square Enix and Marvel could make these rumors and speculation a reality, when the game publisher reveal possible details on in the franchise's 15 Anniversary this month.
In other news, it seems that fan-favorite character Aqua could return in "Kingdom Hearts 3" as Riku and King Mickey could rescue her during the course of the game's plot.
It was during the ending scene in "Kingdom Hearts 0.2: Birth by Sleep - A Fragmentary Passage" that Aqua sacrificed herself to save Riku and close the door to Kingdom Hearts.
Riku along with King Mickey will head on a journey to find a battle-scarred Keyblade wielder, who will help them in the coming Keyblade War against Master Xehanort and his new Organization XIII.
In addition, both characters will have a new look in "Kingdom Hearts 3" as Nomura told Dengeki Online (via KH13) that Riku's outfit has been completed and it is based from the Kingdom Hearts χ[chi] 3rd anniversary artwork from July of 2016.
Game director Tetsuya Nomura stated that "Kingdom Hearts 3" might feature a character customization feature and Square Enix will be reworking all of the models in the sequel and assured gaming fans that they are progressing forward, as well as the timing for the announcement of new game details.
"Kingdom Hearts 3" is speculated to be release on 2017 for the PS4 and Xbox One.
