The Surface Pro 5 will reportedly be unveiled this year and will come with new features.
The upcoming Microsoft Surface Pro 5 will support more products from the company. This includes the Surface Dial and the Hololens. Initially, Hololens was reported not to support Microsoft tablet.
However, since the Redmond company appears to be rolling out the latest technology to more headsets, the forthcoming Surface Pro 5 is also expected to support Hololens. Furthermore, it is believed that the Surface Dial will be compatible with the new device.

The Surface Dial was introduced in October 2016 and was mainly designed for the Surface Studio. It is a small Bluetooth-enabled accessory that allows people use and scroll application seamlessly. Also, it can be used for third-party apps. The Surface Dial can be assigned functionality.
Reports indicate that the new Microsoft tablet will have special graphics features such as a 4K detachable display that will help in graphics creation. It is expected that the upcoming Windows 10 Creators Update will bring features such as Microsoft Wallet, safer web browsing, enhanced privacy settings, and a specialized Game Mode with Beam.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 5 will reportedly be released with the update installed. The forthcoming tablet will also come with 16GB RAM and Intel's latest processor, the Kaby Lake. Also, the stylus of the Microsoft Surface Pro 5 could be an improvement over the magnetic stylus of the Microsoft Surface Pro 4.
In January last year, Microsoft applied for a patent for a rechargeable Surface Dock and Surface Pen, Patently Mobile reported.
The Surface Pen's AAA battery may be replaced with a rechargeable battery, with a functionality identical to the Apple Pen of iPad Pro, according to the patent application. Rumors are doing rounds that the tech giant will launch the Surface Pro 5 this Spring, CNET reported.
