"Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy" is considered as one of the most highly anticipated game this year. With that, Sony has just released a new gameplay video from its upcoming platforming remaster plus.

The "Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy" will include the three classic Crash Bandicoot games namely: "Crash Bandicoot", "Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back", and "Crash Bandicoot: Warped". Naughty Dog was the one responsible for all of the three games but Activision's Vicarious Visions is behind the PlayStation 4 game, according to GameSpot.
The biggest question that kept on hitting Vicarious Visions was about if the game is a remaster or a remake. The answer was not that simple because it was nearly impossible to make a traditional remaster of the original game because it was roughly old and technology sure did advance significantly. The original codes and assets used were nearly unusable. However, the company did not consider it as a remake because they know all too well that people love the original game. They consider "Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy" as a remaster plus.
Vicarious Visions used the original level geometry from Naughty Dog as a guide but the gameplay was entirely rebuilt from scratch, catching the game's easiness and precision. Some new features in the game include a unified checkpoint and save game system which will include manual and auto-saving. Also, a unified menu system will be added. There will also be time trials available in all of the three games.
"Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy" will be launched on June 30 for PlayStation 4 but possibly may not be limited to Sony's platform. The original three games that are included in the pack, plus "Crash Bash" and racing game "Crash Team Racing" were all exclusive to Sony's PlayStation. However, succeeding games in the series have appeared on several platforms.
