April the Giraffe
The most popular giraffe in the world today, April, may already give birth soon, as zoo handlers have observed some signs. For quite a while now, a lot of internet users all over the world have been awaiting news if the 15-year-old animal will finally bring out its fourth calf.
The much-anticipated offspring is April's calf with a five-year-old giraffe. It takes 15 months of pregnancy before such animal delivers its offspring.

In the morning of Thursday, some officials of Animal Adventure Park in New York shared on Facebook about witnessing "some very interesting behavior that had us on edge." Later on, though, they have observed that her unusual behavior finally settled.
While this is going to be April's fourth calf, this will just be Oliver's first. The park officials said they will continue to monitor the mama giraffe. They hinted about their optimism, though, especially that April has never had any history of stillbirth.
Meanwhile, at 1 a.m. on Saturday, at least 110,000 viewers were hooked on the livestream video of April the giraffe, who may give birth already soon enough. In the said clip, the viewers saw zoologist Alyssa feeding the animal.
The mama giraffe's fans were also able to watch how annoyed she got upon realizing that Oliver was stealing her snacks. To appease her, the zoologist cleaned out her pen.
In the meantime, it can be recalled that in February the livestream video of April the giraffe was taken down by YouTube for a while after pranksters reported that it was showing extreme nudity. With the demand, though, from several internet users, the video of her journey towards giving birth was immediately reinstated.
With April still not being able to give birth until now, one commenter wrote, "When you realize you've been pregnant for 15 months and just want it to be over with." To watch the live feed of April the giraffe from her pen in New York, visit this link.
