Mortal Kombat X is the tenth title in the Mortal Kombat game series developed by NetherRealm Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive.
New "Mortal Kombat X" details will feature pre-order details, new free costumes for Cassie Cage and Jacqui Briggs and a Cyber Sub-Zero variation for Triborg.
NetherRealm Studios community specialist Tyler Lansdown and game designer Derek Kirtzic revealed a new variation for the "Kombat Pack 2" character Triborg during the "Mortal Kombat X" Pro League season 2 finals. Triborg is introduced in the game as one of the four new fighters in the second DLC pack, as well as in the new enhanced edition, "Mortal Kombat XL", Gamerant reported.

Triborg in the game is combination of the three cyborg ninjas in the franchise; Sektot, Cyrax and Smoke. However, having Cyber Sub-Zero as one its variations could prove a deadly factor to the players that will face him and a good advantage for gamers who is familiar with him. Cyber Sub-Zero is first introduced in the 2009 "Mortal Kombat" game as an alternate version of Kuai Liang/Sub-Zero when he was taken by the Lin Kuei captured and has undergone the cyber initiative.
It is not explained how gamers can achieve Cyber Sub-Zero as an alternate variation considering that all playable characters in "Mortal Kombat X" have only three variations. Gaming fans speculated that Cyber Sub-Zero can be selected from a special character skin. Perhaps NetherRealm Studios will explain how Cyber Sub-Zero can be unlocked as an alternate variation for Triborg soon.
Aside from Cyber Sub-Zero, NetherRealm added new free DLC skins for Cassie Cage and Jacqui Briggs in "Mortal Kombat XL".
Dubbed the "Cosplay Pack" the free DLC skins will feature Cassie and Jacqui the ninja costumes of Sub-Zero and Scorpion and they are free when gamers pre-order "Mortal Kombat XL", DualShockers reported.
"Mortal Kombat XL" will feature all of the skinsa and characters from the first "Kombat Pack" DLC along with the "Kombat Pack 2" and a classic "Mortal Kombat" arena, "The Pit"
The official Xbox website announced that Xbox users can now pre-order "Mortal Kombat X" at $59.99, while gamers who wished to buy the "Kombat Pack 2" seperately, they will have to pay $20 for it.
"Mortal Kombat XL" is scheduled to launch on March 1 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles.
