One of the many shrines throughout the "Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" is the Tahno O'ah Shrine. In order for players to get the Climbing Boots as a reward, they have to complete a quest. Though there is no challenge inside the shrine, it will be requiring them to complete the Secret of the Cedars Shrine quest. This is one of the easiest shrines to complete and here's how.

"Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" players need to head first to Hateno Village to begin their journey to the shrine. They have to talk to Clavia, who is behind the Kochi Dye Shop, SegmentNext writes.
Clavia then talks to the players about the shrine. She will be mentioning about the three cedar trees on top of a mountain as a nearby landmark. Players are then tasked to reach the area and complete the shrine.
"Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild's" Tahno O'ah Shrine is located to the northeast of Hateno Research Lab. Players can actually spot the cedar trees on the mountain easily. They should line them up for easier tracking. As soon as players are in a position where all three trees are lined up, all they have to do is to travel to the far eastern end of the said line.
Moreover, if players follow the aforesaid line correctly, then the Tahno O'ah "Shrine of Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" should be located behind a rock wall, Polygon reported. To reveal its location, players can use remote bombs.
It would be pretty straightforward from there. The monk inside the shrine will just simply reward the players for finding the shrine. The reward that players would be getting is the Climbing Boots. This boots are expected to boost players' climbing speed. Furthermore, they'll be given a Spirit Orb as well.
