Moto X 2017 is Next Nexus with Stock Android, Mid-Range Specs and Cheap Price Tag?
The Moto X (2017) is speculated to be under construction, but it may not be arriving with flagship specifications.
After arriving under Lenovo's umbrella, Motorola did not release a Moto X smartphone in 2016. In 2015, Motorola had released Moto X Style and Moto X Play smartphones. In 2016, when Lenovo had replaced the Moto Z and Moto Z Play smartphones, rumors hinted that Moto Z line of phones were introduced to replace Moto X series. However, the rumor mill revealed in the last quarter of 2016 that Lenovo may release a Moto X phones this year.

+HelloMotoHK who is known for revealing leaked information on Motorola devices has revealed some leaked photos and specs of the upcoming Moto X (2017) smartphone, 9to5 Google reported. According to the leakster, the alleged Moto X (2017) would not be arriving with flagship specs, but it will be featuring midrange specifications.
The leakster who has revealed some leaked photos of the prototype of the Moto X (2017) has stated that the phone would be coming with a 5.5-inch display. The leakster has not revealed any details on the screen resolution of the device, but it is likely that the phone would be featuring a full HD resolution display. Above the display, the phone seems to feature a LED flash for the selfie camera.
The phone is expected to be powered by Snapdragon which clearly suggests that it would be a midrange phone. It is expected to come with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of native storage.
As far as the design of the phone is concerned, leaked photos suggest that the purported Moto X (2017) will be coming with a curved metallic body. For the camera, it will be featuring a circular camera housing as it can be seen on Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus smartphones. The camera housing seems to feature a dual camera setup and dual-tone LED flash. There are no pins at its rear which means that the phone would not be support Moto Mods modular accessories, Gizmo China reported.
