Come to think of it, The Nintendo Switch is in fact does not have the high specs compare to today's set of consoles. The cause of the console to overheat is may be because of heavy graphics from games. An example would be is "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" which can put the console to its limits. The Nintendo Switch does not have the sufficient specs to beat the PS4 nor the Xbox One.
Some of the consoles that overheated started warping when left in docked mode. Most particularly if it was docked on a longer period of time, according to BGR.
Some Nintendo Switch owners have already raised their concerns on Reddit forums. One owner claimed that he left the console in dock mode and after a while, a very evident bend appeared. He even posted images of the console on some popular social media sites, according to a post by Destructoid.
The problem has not yet made a widespread to ruin Nintendo's PR. However, a report stated that a firmware update can somehow control some of the heating. Nintendo though has not yet released any statement in regards to this matter. Overall, the Nintendo Switch is a great console and let's hope that this issue will be fixed as soon as possible.
