Aside from unconfirmed leaks presented via Reddit, the game developer also dropped some hints in ads.
The announcement of the upcoming "Clash of Clans" update by the official "CoC" Japan Twitter account was not unnoticed by gamers. Many concluded that the blurred image of a ship in the background indicates the upcoming shipyard activation for the said game.
However, Supercell remained silent about the update and the image discovered by gamers. Nevertheless, a series of ads recently released somehow implicitly confirms the much-awaited shipyard activation.
In a teaser video allegedly leaked online, some "Clash of Clans" characters were discussing how to cross the sea. The conversation led to the idea of using a ship to traverse the wide open sea.
Meanwhile, a recently released "Clash of Clans" video shows a Hog Rider sailing. The video invites audiences to think of what may lie beyond the shore.
There could also be new base designs in the "Clash of Clans" shipyard activation update. This would introduce new options that will likely lead to sea warfare.
