In the past months, most reports have suggested that the upcoming E3 event this June will likely be event platform that developers will use to introduce the latest installment of their game to the market. However, recent update coming from Halo community manager Brian Jarrard somehow sketched out that "Halo 6" will not be shown at E3 2017, according to GameSpot.
Along with the news of the delay of a game series follow-up, it was also indicated that "Halo 3" remaster to commemorate its tenth anniversary is also a no go for the developers. A Reddit post which reads, "OMG stop. There is no Halo 3 Anniversary," somehow brought the bad news for eager gamers.
However, despite the said delays and lack of confirmation from the developer, it is now being hinted that 343 might have a "little something" for gamers to look forward to at the upcoming E3 event. Although lacking confirmation or any substantial basis, it may seem that something new and important may be added for "Halo Wars 2."
Meanwhile, the no show of "Halo 6" at the E3 event next month means that gamers would have to wait a little longer. As what another forum speculations would suggest, the game may be released in 2018, giving more time for developers to improve the game and potentially even incorporate requests from gamers worldwide.
