Ubisoft has made "Far Cry 5" release official in an announcement trailer released a few days ago. The developer said that the fifth game will feature world and characters that are lifelike and that more details will be revealed at E3 next month.  

Ubisoft wants players to explore the game's world with more freedom and to encounter other people in a way that they get different experiences while playing the game. In his most recent interview with PlayStation Lifestyle, Ubisoft Executive Producer Dan Hay was quizzed on how the world in "Far Cry 5" differs from past four titles and what gamers can look forward to in it.

"I can't answer specifically how big the world is yet," said Hay while informing us that the studio will reveal more info at E3 2017. "What I can tell you is, we not only focused on making sure that it was generous, and big; we also focused on the idea that you could traverse it the way you wanted to traverse it."

Hay further revealed that Ubisoft's goal is to create a world for "Far Cry 5" that is lifelike and believable as much as possible. It added to note that in real life, there are no AI that assign people to tackle tasks in a given pattern while walking into a a room.

Hay pointed out that characters have a life, they have personality as well as they have a living and an agenda. In this regard, the development team has added "little nuances" in the world so that it feels real.

Ubisoft has released the schedule details for its E3 press conference where "Far Cry 5" will join other Ubi games such as "Assassin's Creed: Origins", "The Crew", "South Park: The Fractured But Whole" and more that will have major presence at the event. It will take place on June 12, 1:00 p.m. pacific, 4:00 p.m. Eastern, 9:00 p.m. BST, or 10:00 p.m. CEST, as per VG247. 

 "Far Cry 5" is developed and published by Ubisoft for Xbox One, PS4 and Microsoft Windows slated for official release on February 27, 2018. In the meantime, watch the announcement trailer below.
