The creator of "Metal Gear" returns with a new game in tow, the "Death Stranding." There are reports that the specs and features of the game would be unpredictable and unparalleled. Since the game is PS4 exclusive, there are speculations that Microsoft's Xbox consoles are on the losing ground.

In terms of the specs and features of Hideo Kojima's new game, the "Death Stranding," would be an action-adventure and Norman Reedus, Mads Mikkelsen, and Guillermo del Toro will all have important parts and the game will run on the Decima Engine, previously seen in "Horizon: Zero Dawn."
More details revealed that the "Death Stranding" project is funded by Sony, there will be a female protagonist and after the second trailer was revealed, Kojima Productions shared an alternate version with a different song from Low Roar and even asked the fans to "pay attention to the lyrics," reports the same post.
Hideo Kojima also stated, "I come up with new ideas every day and they all override each other. I had several at the front of my mind, and we ended up choosing the game that - first of all - would be best for the market, and the one we were most enthusiastic about making. That was Death Stranding."
Also, Hideo Kojima revealed why he chose to develop "Death Stranding" after leaving Konami and according to Kojima, this was his best idea for the gaming market at that time, as noted by the same post. For the fans and followers of Hideo Kojima and "Death Stranding," the release date remains unconfirmed. However, there are hints that the game would be release by 2018 and exclusive for PlayStation 4 only.
