With the day one patch installed, the total file size of "Tekken 7" will be 42.29GB in the PS4 console when its launches this week, PlayStationLifeStyle reported. Game producer Katsuhiro Harada stated his reasons for adding Tournament mode in "Tekken 7" as he explained that some players do not like online mode due to the fact that they hate losing, but players will have a competitive drive and spirit to play the game.
A Tournament Mode was added in order to reach a certain potential and drive to win, and what better way to do it than fighting at a tournament with big rewards at stake. The addition of the Tournament Mode looks like it will not only give players one more way to play "Tekken 7" and test their skills but it also gives them more incentive to play with the addition of rewards from winning the mini-tournaments.
Meanwhile, Bandai Namco Entertainment streamed a new trailer for "Tekken 7" highlighting many of the sequel's unique game features.
These include the Rage Art ability, which are armored special moves that allow players to inflict huge amounts of damage on their opponents to turn the tides of battle in their favor. Following this is the Rage Drive, showing how fans can pull off unique tactical maneuvers, as these are character specific moves.
There are also Power Crush armor moves and “epic” match-ending slow motion sequences. "Tekken 7" will also have dynamic stages featuring changes in weather, time of day, areas and background music.
Game modes such as the cinematic "Mishima Saga" story mode, which players can play several events in "Tekken 7's" story, along with other character storylines. "Tekken 7's" online feature will include exhibition battles, ranked matches, and a tournament mode, while offline will have arcade, versus and practice modes.
Lastly, gamers can check the Gallery mode for in-game items, movies and unlockable game art. Customization will allow players to change the look of their favorite character, Gamerant reported.
"Tekken 7" will launch on June 2 for the PS4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
