Another set of Samsung Galaxy Note 8 rumors has surfaced online. Following the reports of an Infinity Display and dual rear camera setup, latest updates about the phone have once again been leaked online.

A new rumored hardware is now being associated with the Note 8. The yet to be announced Qualcomm Snapdragon 836 is said to be the chipset powering the upcoming Galaxy Note device.

Considered by many as a slightly improved version of the Snapdragon 835 SoC, the Snapdragon 836 will feature a 2.5GHz octa-core processor and 740MHz GPU, according to GSM Arena. If such rumor would be true, then the Galaxy Note 8 will accompany the LG V30 and 2nd-gen Google Pixels in having such SoC.

Apart from the chipset update, another leak has been shared via social media, according to Value Walk. Twitter leaker Poyoco Tech shared some updates on the highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy Note 8.

Based on the said leak, the successor of Galaxy Note 7 will have the latest AI assistance. The Bixby support will be migrated to the Note 8 phablet. It can be remembered that such AI assistant was first introduced in the Samsung Galaxy S8 variants.

Another improvement on the Note 8 would be its iconic S Pen. Based on the latest leak, the S Pen may have a unique feature including vibration qualities and a built-in speaker system.

However, there is still no confirmation about the overall leaks and rumors concerning the Samsung Galaxy Note 8. However, such rumors would somehow be logical, given that Samsung aims to improve the performance and durability of their upcoming phablet, especially after the Galaxy Note 7 debacle last year.
