Recently, a new teaser of the alleged OnePlus 5 was released by OnePlus. The image reveals that the phone features a horizontally designed dual camera setup on the back panel. It appears that OnePlus 5 appears resembles the iPhone 7 Plus.
The official render shows the back of the phone in detail. The camera setup is located on the top-left corner of the smartphone. The iPhone 7 Plus also features a dual camera system on the back at the top-left corner. Even the positioning of the LED flash is also same on both the smartphones, Gizmo China reported. There has been a huge uproar on social sites for expressing displeasure on the design of the OnePlus 5.

OnePlus CEO Carl Pei's official tweet that was released to address the issue states that once the smartphone is released people stop complaining about it. However, the images of OnePlus 5 and iPhone 7 Plus does suggest that former resembles a lot with Apple's phablet.
The OnePlus 5 smartphone is said to sport a 5.5-inch display. The company has confirmed that OnePlus 5 is powered by Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 835 chipset. The phone is speculated to carry a 3,300 mAh battery.
Previously, some pictures were spotted online that were rumored to be taken from one of the dual camera of the alleged OnePlus 5. Even OnePlus has also released some images that appears to be taken from OnePlus 5. The camera samples suggests that the dual camera setup includes a monochrome sensor and a RGB sensor, PhoneArena reported.
Rumors indicate that the OnePlus 5 smartphone will be coming in RAM options like 6 GB and 8 GB. It is expected to come in storage choices of 64 GB and 128 GB. The smartphone is expected to feature ceramic body like Xiaomi's Mi Mix. More details of the phone will be revealed on June 20 when OnePlus will officially announce the phone.
