  •  "Agent"

"Agent" is a 1970's themed spy game that was to be released exclusively for PS3. It was to be developed by Rockstar North, credited with developing popular games like "Grand Theft Auto V" and "Max Payne 3."

"Agent" was revealed at Electronic Entertainment Expo in 2009; however, no announcements regarding this game have been made so far. According to Tech Times, a possible reason why "Agent" got shelved was that its developers got too busy with developing "Grand Theft Auto V" and its success.

  •  "Dead Island 2"

This much awaited sequel to "Dead Island" was scheduled to be released last year. "Dead Island" was a zombie survival game set in an island. "Dead Island 2" was to be set in California and was speculated to allow 8 player-teams. However, rift occurred between Yager (game's developer) and Deep Silver (game's publisher) in 2015. According to PC Gamer, "Dead Island 2" is being developed by an unknown team and is slated to be released this year. Recently, Australian government rated a game called "Dead Island: Retro Revenge"; however, Deep Silver is yet to confirm whether "Retro Revenge" is in fact "Dead Island 2."

  •  "Beyond Good and Evil 2"

This game is a sequel to Beyond Good and Evil released in 2003. It is an action adventure game being developed by Ubisoft Montpellier and was announced in 2008. However, no news regarding its release has surfaced so far. According to an interview by IGN, game's designer left the project mid-way delaying its release. Guardian reports that it may take a long time for this game to come to life.
