The Google Nexus 6 from 2014 is now available with huge discount on Amazon.

The Google Nexus 6 that was built by Motorola has been replaced by Google Nexus 6P, a Huawei product in October 2015. The arrival of the successor smartphone has allowed the Nexus 6 to be available with massive discounts across various retailers. Starting from Jan. 14, the unlocked 32 GB Motorola Nexus 6 will be available with a price tag of $249, Android Authority reported.

When the Nexus 6 was released in 2014, it was launched with a price tag of $649 for the 32 GB model. However, the upcoming discount on Amazon indicates that the price of the Nexus 6 will be slashed by $400

Even though the unlocked Google Nexus 6 is available in stock on the retailer site, buyers can go ahead and preorder it. Only the Midnight Blue color variant of the Nexus 6 is available on Amazon. The Cloud White color variant is out of stock. After purchasing the unlocked Nexus 6, users can use a SIM card from any U.S. carrier on the device. It also comes with a U.S. warranty.

The unlocked 64 GB Google Nexus 6 is also available with a discounted price tag of $299. It was launched with a pricing of $699. Both Midnight Blue and Cloud White color options of the 64 GB variant are available on Amazon, Phone Arena reported.

The Google Nexus 6 comes with a 5.96-inch display that supports a Quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. It is currently running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. The smartphone is powered by Snapdragon 805 chipset that is supported by 3 GB of RAM.

It comes in two storage versions of 32 GB and 64 GB. There is no external storage slot available on the device. It is fitted with a 13 MP camera that is enabled with features like OIS and dual LED flash. The front-facing camera of the Nexus 6 is of 2 MP. It is powered by a battery of 3220 mAh battery that carries support for wireless charging.

In 2015, Google had launched two Nexus smartphones, namely, LG Nexus 5X and Huawei Nexus 6P. The 16 GB and 32 Google Nexus 5X smartphones are available for $375 and $430, respectively on Amazon. The 32 GB and 64 GB Google Nexus 6P smartphones are available for $530 and $600, respectively on the retailer site.
