The Honor 6X is now available for purchase in China.
Huawei has finally unveiled its much-awaited Honor 6X smartphone in China.
The Chinese technology giant on Tuesday announced the launch of three new Honor devices - the Honor 6X smartphone, Honor Pad 2 tablet and Honor Watch S1 - at an event in China. The Honor 6X has reportedly received more than 1 million registrations in just one day.

Honor 6X Specifications and Features
The new device from Huawei's online only sub-brand Honor comes with dual rear camera feature similar to the Honor 8 and Honor P9 smartphones. It also features an eight-megapixel selfie camera. The Honor 6X smartphone sports a 5.5-inch display with a full high definition resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by Huawei's own octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 655 processor and runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with EMUI 4.1.
The dual SIM Huawei sub-brand device featuring a fingerprint sensor supports 4G VoLTE and Bluetooth 4.1. It has a 3,340mAh battery. The Honor 6X smartphone will be available in two storage variants - one model with 3GB of RAM and 32GB memory, and another model with 4GB RAM and 64GB. The 3GB variant is priced at around $148, and the 4GB variant is priced at $238. It comes in gold, gray, blue and silver color.
Honor Pad 2 Specifications and Features
The latest Honor tablet comes with a large eight-inch screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor and comes with 3GB of RAM. The device features an eight-megapixel rear camera and a two-megapixel selfie camera. It also packs a 4,800 mAh capacity battery.
