Square Enix has announced that "Dragon Quest Heroes 2" will have a PC version via Steam.
The popular hack-and-slash game "Dragon Quest Heroes 2" will have a PC version. The new trailer of the game has confirmed that it will not only be available on the Nintendo Switch and PS4, but a PC version via Steam will be released on the same day when the PS4 version will be launched in North America on April 25.
According to Gematsu, the Explorer's Edition can now be pre-ordered from PlayStation Store and Square Enix Online Store. The said edition can be obtained for $59.99. It will include 15 downloadable content items, as well as reversible cover art, are exclusive for those who have the said edition.
Players who pre-ordered the Explorer's Edition may get items such as an exclusive PS4 theme, a Dragon Quest hero costume, and the Healix the Hero recipe for Dragon Quest Builders. Meanwhile, the new trailer of "Dragon Quest Heroes 2" has revealed the plot of the game, according to GameSpot. The game will be available in North America on April 25, while it will be available in Europe on April 28.
On the other hand, the game and its predecessor "Dragon Quest Heroes" will also be launched on Nintendo Switch. Players should have a pretty big memory because the file size of the Switch bundle is 32 GB.
The developer of the game is also the team behind successful series and spinoffs like "Dynasty Warriors," "One Piece: Pirate Warriors," "Hyrule Warriors," and "Attack on Titan: Wings of Freedom." The game was released in Japan in May 2016.
