En Masse Entertainment CEO Sam Kim said in a statement that the game has been "fantastic" in the last five years. Now, the Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (MMORPG) "Tera" has been reconfigured and re-engineered for compatibility with Playstation and Xbox consoles.
According to Gematsu PS4 and Xbox One versions of "Tera" will be free-to-play, supported by micro-transactions, just like its PC edition. The MMO game will also include the entirety of its virtual world. Moreover, "Tera" features "uncompressed conversion" of its "skill-based True Action Combat."
Gamers of "Tera" may now sign-up for the PS4 and Xbox One betas and are now available on the game's official website. However, additional details about the game and its test plans together with the release date is still left hanging. Nevertheless, the company is expected to release official statements in the coming months of 2017.
Bluehole, the same studio that worked on the PC variant, develops the PS4 and Xbox One editions too. For the record, "Tera" debuted in South Korea last 2011. It has been relaunched almost four years ago as "Tera: Rising".
According to Kotaku, the video game's action-oriented combat system is a perfect fit for consoles like PS4 and Xbox One. Meanwhile, "Tera" offers one-of-a-kind fantasy setup with an outstanding gameplay. Members of En Masse and Bluehole put massive efforts into making sure that console players get the best experience.
En Masse attended the Pax East event this weekend. It talked about the PS4 and Xbox One "Tera" alongside a demo of another MMO, Kritika. The latter showcases four players namely: Berserker (fighter), a mage type, a rogue (Cat's Paw), and Reaper (AOE specialist). What do you think of the game "Tera" that is coming to Xbox and PS4? Will the gamers of its PC edition still love it in its new console? Share your thoughts below.
