Motorola's Moto X is bracing for its 2017 release but ahead of the scheduled debut. It has been revealed with features likened to famous smart phone brands. The new Moto X will have a dual-lens camera similar to that of the iPhone 7 Plus and the LG G6. However, the smartphone will return within the midrange category unlike the top-tier Moto Z.
In a report by Technobuffalo, the new Moto X 2017 series' handset will come with an aluminum unibody. Its camera at the rear consists of two lenses that are placed just above the dual-tone LED flash. Additionally, it will feature an integrated antenna band that is the same with that of Apple and HTC.
Once branded as the Motorola's flagship handset, the new Moto X 2017 will not be as high end as Moto Z. It will have the Snapdragon 625 instead of the 825 and 3GB memory. The handset's memory will have a dimension of 5.2 inches in length instead of 5.5 inches like the Moto Z. In terms of its Moto Mod function, the handset will have features of the top level Moto handsets.
The pictures of the Moto X that were revealed shows that the device resembles that of other Moto handsets. It shows an assortment of the features of the Moto lines such as the metal body of the Moto M, the front-mounted fingerprint sensor of the Moto G5 and the camera design of the Moto Z.
However, until the new Moto X 2017 is released, there is a possibility that the aforementioned features and characteristics of the device may be changed. For now, the interested buyers will just have to wait until the real device is launched in the market. Hence, for update stay tuned to Telegiz.
