The specifications of the upcoming Moto C and Moto C Plus smartphones have surfaced which indicates that their launch is drawing near.
This year could be the first year to see launch of a new Moto series phones called Moto C and Moto C Plus. Both phones are speculated to arrive with an inexpensive pricing of around $100. According to Venture Beat, the Moto C would be coming with a 5-inch display that supports a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels. It is speculated to be powered by MediaTek chipset that includes a 32-bit quad-core processor that clocks at 1.3 GHz. The SoC is pegged to be coupled with 1 GB of RAM.
Depending on the region it releases, the Moto C may come in storage choices of 8 GB or 16 GB. The 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel frontal camera are both speculated to be come with a dedicated LED flash. It will be packed with a 2,350 mAh battery.
The Moto C Plus is speculated to house a 5-inch HD display that supports a resolution of 1,280 x 720 pixels. It would be powered by MediaTek chipset that includes a 64-bit quad-core processor gunning at 1.1 GHz. The SoC may be supported by either 1 GB or 2 GB of RAM. It would be arriving with an 8-megapixel rear camera and 2-megapixel front-facing camera. Both cameras are speculated to feature a LED flash. The phone will be coming with a 4,000 mAh battery.
The Moto C and Moto C Plus will be arrive loaded with Android 7.0 Nougat and both phones would be coming in color choices such as Black, White, Gold and Red. The Moto C is said to be a 3G-only phone whereas the Moto C Plus is pegged to support 4G LTE connectivity, Gizmo China reported. There is no information available on the pricing of both phones.
