According to Bethesda Game Studios’ executive director Todd Howard, the company is working on new projects that are different from what gamers are used to. (YouTube)
The development team best known for the "Fallout" and "Elder Scrolls," Bethesda Game Studios, has claimed that they are currently working on seven forthcoming games. Two of those have been already announced previously.
With an interview with IGN, Director of the Maryland-based company Todd Howard said that the Bethesda Game Studios, the in-house development studio at Bethesda Softworks, has seven projects ongoing. Two of the said projects were previously announced for Nintendo Switch - the "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" and "Fallout 4 VR."

A mobile game is included in the works as well. It is said to follow the success of "Fallout Shelter," wherein players can manage and build their very own "Vault" as a supervisor. It is likely understandable that Bethesda wants to make and produce another mobile success.
Although details of the game's contents and title have not been unveiled, the likeliest candidate is "The Elder Scrolls: Legends" according to ONLYSP. It is expected to be a collectible card game for Android, iOS, and OS X. More importantly, a release date has not been officially announced.
Further guesses would be, unfortunately, hard to speculate. However, it is notable that Todd said in E3 2016 that Bethesda Game Studios is working on three major projects. These projects are apparently bigger than everything that the developer has ever done before. One of which is said to be "The Elder Scrolls VI," but that title seems to be still not happening soon.
There is a possibility that the next chapter in "The Elder Scrolls" series will be delayed, given the recent release of "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim's" special edition. Details about "The Elder Scrolls VI" are considered to be merely rumors since there are no official announcements from Bethesda themselves as of yet. An action-adventure stealth video game titled "Dishonored 2" is the most recent release of Bethesda Game Studios which hit the shelves in November 2016.
