A lot has guaranteed that servers will be packed during the "Super Mario Run" launch. This news sees the end of the game's exclusivity on iOS. The game was first announced during the iPhone 7's launch last year. The mobile game was only available to iOS users but now, Android users can now share the enjoyment, reported by Express.
"Super Mario Run" is basically an endless running game just like the "Temple Run." The map possesses a lot of obstacles that players must avoid by tapping on the screen.
The game has already reached 50 million downloads. Now Android is in the picture, those numbers will surely double anytime soon.
The game reached 40 million downloads in just four days after its release. Nintendo decided to give fans a treat in celebrating its worldwide achievement. The company gave 10 Rally tickets in the Toad mode.
A recent update added a new mode called "Friendly Run" that lets players race against ghosts of friends in the Toad Rally. The game also added a new battle mode where it allows players to go against different players around the world.
However, the game did suffer quite a few criticisms despite its caveat. One, a lot of iOS users complained that the game is a bit overpriced; it costs $10 to play the mobile game. Another problem is the game needs a constant internet connection In order to play. For those who do not have any constant connection sadly cannot play with Mario. Despite its ups and downs, the game in general is a wonderful application that makes people's time worthwhile.
