Heat stroke or heat exhaustion is considered one of the leading causes of sudden death during sports activities. That is why knowing the tips outlined below could help prevent heat injuries and even fatalities.
Unlike other infirmities, there are some precautionary measures to avoid heat exhaustion and other heat-related illnesses. When outdoor heat and temperature increases, it is highly advised to stay rehydrated.

After resting for some time, one should immediately contact a medical expert. In severe cases of heat stroke or exhaustion, it would be better to quickly take the affected individual to a hospital for treatment.
