Players may not see undead Nazi's piercing steps in the upcoming "Call of Duty: WW2". Apparently, the developer may introduce scary Zombies mode that is new to the franchise.
Sledgehammer Games co-founder Michael Condrey said that the Zombies mode in "Call of Duty: WW2" will be creepy. Condredy added that it will carry some horror in it that he perfected with his team while they were working at Visceral Games, Kotaku reported.

Condrey, in a recent interview with Edge magazine, said that the multiplayer mode will be unique to the developer's "Dead Space" signature. The publciation further described the possible picture with "slicing and dicing alien limbs with intergalactic power tools," a feature of "Dead Space 2" that gives players a gripping dread and a terrific pacing.
In the same interview, studio's co-founder Glen Schofield also discussed about the game's pacing. He said that it will give players a fast-action experience that they were used to, like that in "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare".
But future technology and exoskeletons will not be seen in "Call of Duty: WW2" because they are inappropriate for the game. "You can imagine trying to find a balance where it feels strategic and appropriate to the time period, while still maintaining the fun of multiplayer. It's more grounded, and more strategic, and I think you'll find it's not as fast," Schofield said.
In addition to that horror impression, the Zombies back story will be based on real events. According to Comicbook, "Call of Duty: WW2" will follow the real story of the World War 2 timeline and its destructive battles in precise details.
Not only that the battle will feature real history, the Zombies mode will also have a historical influence to it. However, there were no details at the moment about the specific historical events and locations that will be featured in the Zombies mode.
"Call of Duty: World War 2" is set to be released on November 3 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Stay tuned for more news and updates that will be available during E3 starting Monday next week.
