First of these is the new DLC story called "Monsters of the Deep" for the PlayStation VR, which lets player join Noctis and his friends go fishing from different areas in "Final Fantasy XV." This is no ordinary fishing game, as some of these catches have some seriously grizzly scales as Noctis will be able to catch some smaller fish as well as humongous beasts, with the video teasing a writhing sea serpent and a giant leaping monster with a giant maw to match.
That same sea creature can also be seen leaping towards Noctis’ face too, which is set to give PSVR users a real jump scare if they are not expecting it in the "Final Fantasy XV" VR story.
The "Monsters in the Deep" DLC will also feature a scanner, but Square Enix did not mention any further details about it. However, gamers can expect the new VR DLC to launch on the PSVR on September, Gamerant reported.
Meanwhile, Square Enix's second presentation for "Final Fantasy XV" was shown in a new trailer highlighting the numerous contents.
The trailer featured the "Brotherhood" anime and "Kingsglaive" CGI movie to the new DLC story Episode Prompto, Xbox One X support and Regalia Type-D upgrade.
The Episode Prompto teaser shows Prompto fighting for his life in a Niflheim territory using all-sorts of guns from machine guns to sniper rifles. In addition, Prompto's side story will launch on June 27 along with the Regalia Type-D upgrade, DualShockers reported.
"Final Fantasy XV" is currently available for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
