'Xenoblade Chronicles 2' release date is on tracked for Winter 2017 release. (YouTube)
A character in "Xenoblade Chronicles 2" named Torna in its English version has been designed by famous "Kingdom Hearts 3" director. The game was teased at E3 2017 along with a new trailer and is right on track for release this year on Nintendo Switch.
"Kingdom Hearts 3" well-known director Tetsuya Nomura has taken part in the design of one of the characters in Monolith Soft's "Xenoblade Chronicles 2" that is being developed for Nintendo Switch. At the last part of the "Xenoblade Chronicles 2" latest trailer, a list of credits includes recognition of Nomura and Square Enix, for the design of one of the characters in the game.

The English credits showed that the said character created by Nomura is named Torna but in Japanese, she or he is called Iira (イーラ) but it is not yet revealed who exactly is Torna or Iira in the trailer. Also, it is supposed that some of the original Japanese in "Xenoblade Chronicles 2" will get an English version.
Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Release Date and Story
Monolith Soft's Japanese role-playing game looks like on track for its release date on the Nintendo Switch in Winter 2017. This is good news to fans, knowing how many of the big games usually have been having delay woes as additional time for polishing and so on.
The latest trailer that was showcased during Nintendo's Spotlight Presentation at this year's annual trade expo offered a wealth of refreshing details and a closer glimpse at the gameplay.
The story of evolves around th main protagonist and his search of the ancient land of Elysium. One of the notable improvements is the Western dub, with British voice-acting.
"Xenoblade Chronicles 2" is developed by Monolith Soft for Nintendo Switch and is slated to be launched in Winter 2017. Fans watch again the three-minute E3 2017 gameplay trailer dubbed in English below:
