The Melodrama album that is available on the torrent sites is an illegal copied version. People are speculating on social sites that the illegal copy edition of the album might have surfaced through any of these private events. Lorde is said to have to put a lot of efforts to ensure that the album is not leaked. However, the album has somehow appeared on the torrent sites. People who are ardent fans of Lorde are suggesting others to not to download the Melodrama album illegally from the torrent sites.
There is no comment yet from Lorde on the issue even though she is an active user on Twitter. This could be because of the policy of the recording label that does not allow the singers to release any comment on such kind of leaks.
People have heard the tracks from Melodrama album have praised Lorde and songs of the new album as "heartbreaking but beautiful" and "glorious." The new album from Lorde is about a "grapple with loneliness," the New York Times reported. The album will officially launch on New Zealand Spotify today at midnight.
