The Apple iPad Pro 2, which is set to be released this year, would come in three variants. The current Apple iPad Pro comes with 9.7 and 12.9-inch configurations which are considered to be two of the best tablets in the market. However, the iPad Pro is now due for a refresh, and the upgraded models will certainly be even more powerful.
The 2017 iPad Pro 2 is said to come with a 10.5 or 10.9-inch display with a revolutionary design. It reportedly features a bezel-free display with its home button embedded under the screen, similar to the rumored iPhone 8. The mid-sized iPad Pro 2 could boast of Apple's A10 processor, 4 GB of RAM, and iOS 10.3 out of the box. It may also come with the "Theater" mode, True Tone displays, 3D Touch, Force Touch, as well as other remarkable specs and features that would rival the Microsoft Surface Pro 4.
The Surface Pro 4 sports a 12.3-inch screen with the 6th gen Intel Core M, i7 or i5 processors running on Windows 10. It comes with 4 GB of RAM, an 8 megapixels rear camera, a 5 megapixels front snapper and up to 1 TB of storage. The Surface Pro 4's stylus pen works with a triple A battery or a button cell. According to Microsoft, "a stylus may provide active functionality that is powered by a rechargeable battery. A charging circuit within the stylus may provide charging current for recharging the battery via one or more terminals configured to contact charging contacts of an associated stylus charger." It also comes with a headphone jack.
The Apple iPad Pro 2 is expected to be released in March 2017.
